I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (the lease will be for 12 months) because I am moving out of state. The apartment would also be up for re-rental if you desired at the end of the lease as well. I am the first person to occupy the studio, which as an open floor plan. The amenities are stainless steel and everything is brand new. The monthly rent is $1365/month, which is a great price for the location, size, building, and convenience right downtown. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. The only bills you would be responsible for is the electric (which generally runs me no more than $30/month) and cable and internet, however, the building is in the process of installing free Wi-Fi in every unit, so that would eliminate internet costs. The closet space is also amazing. There is a large coat closet and also a great walk-in closet! There is also two very large windows that allows for nice natural sunlight. The building itself is great, too! It includes a great gym that does not cost anything to use. It also has a business center with computers and a printer, a lounge, and deck with gas grills, fire pits, tanning areas, and an outdoor 3 season hot tube. It also has a full length indoor pool, as well. I would appreciate only those who are serious about possibly renting to inquire. I am pressed for time to find someone to take over my lease and looking for someone who is responsible. Please email me if you are interested!
