We offer fully furnished kitchenettes starting at $550 per month, which includes all utilities. Some units have a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove top. while others, which rent for $600 per month, have a full kitchen. We require a deposit equal to one month's rent. and we do require a background check. We welcome small pets with an additional $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
