Room available for rent in our 4-Bedroom, 2 bath house, and a 6-month lease - move in date is anytime in January through February 1st. (If moving in January, rent will be pro-rated). You'll have your own room (unfurnished), and the bathroom will be shared with one other. All common rooms are furnished. Hard wood-floor, remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, basement storage, front yard, great street parking, and a gardener who comes 1-2 times a month. Currently occupied are 3 males in their late 20s/early 30s. Hoping to find someone who is friendly but respectful of everyone's space, and can keep the common areas clean.
