The backyard is fully fenced and even has a small rock climbing wall at the back. Pets are more than welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and well cared for. NO BREED RESTRICTIONS. This is a FULLY FURNISHED rental with a very well-equipped kitchen-- just bring your clothes! Utilities, Lawn Care, High-speed Wi-fi, 3 Smart TVs and CABLE are all included in your lease. Property is available from April 7th-May 8th and then from May 8th-July 2nd for 30 day minimum leases.
