Apartment is really spacious. Has its separate living room, dining room and small balcony on the back with great views to CT river.No utilities included. Trained small dogs allowed. No smoking allowed inside apartment. Tenant is responsible of all utilities ( heat, hot water, gas) with the exception of water. Beautiful and tremendously spacious apartment. Anybody would love it. Great quiet area. Has no washer or dryer hook up but has laundrymat down the street.
