This off-campus house is a one story house clean, newly remodeled one mile of walking distance from Notre Dame Campus. Parking for the house is located in the drive and in the street. Lawn and water/trash included in rent. All Bumbacahouses have been fitted with modern heating and cooling systems. All exterior walls of all our off-campus houses are insulated to help lower cost in summer and winter months. Owner pays water, trash, lawn care, security system monitoring. Tenant pays gas and electric.
