The entire house is done in Ceramic tile, no carpeting. Quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac street. The house doesn't come with a refrigerator, but a prior tenant left their's in the house. The tenant will be responsible to have it fixed or to purchase a new one if there is a problem with it. The air conditioner and heating units were replaced in April, 2017.
