This person will be in direct contact with the landlord, and will receive a reduced rent for their work. We are looking to fill the house with 4 people, including rental manager. The house is located in Pendleton about 5 minutes from Clemson University. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and dining area, basement, two car garage, and sits on about an acre of land. The house is currently undergoing some cosmetic renovations, but is still available for showing mid-April. No pets!
