Marvelous Room in Country Home in Rhome, TX. Looking for drama free roomie to share expenses after a divorce in 2100 sq. ft. home on 5 acres with large pool and shop. Pet friendly home with a big fenced back yard. I have an American bulldog myself. I have full washer an dryer facilities with new appliances and the house is fully furnished except the rental bedrooms. Its 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a sun room, back porch, and a lake across the road for fishing. I'm a 43 year old professional woman with no children that likes to drink socially and entertain at the house. Smoking is Ok, but only outside. Please do not contact me if you do not have money to pay for rent up front.. tried to be nice and got burned doing that once already. I'm NOT looking for any fringe benefits either. I work in Westlake and my commute is around 40 minutes with traffic. Utilities are not included, but will be split 3 ways with my other roommate and I.
