Walking distance to the high-school, pool, x country ski chalet, a small pond, and a couple of excellent schools. (Can walk to Chugiak High-school and Birch-wood Elementary). If you enjoy some privacy and a great area to be active, then this might be the spot for you! In the summer you can compete with the bears in a huge raspberry and cranberry patch in the front yard :-) This is a non-smoking, family friendly neighborhood. If you enjoy being part of a community and are not a party animal, it is a great spot to call home! Singles or couples are preferred due to being on a well. (No problems with it, just want to keep it that way :-)
