Kitchen has oven, 3 burner stove, small refrigerator, pantry. Plus brand new smart TV, new microwave, new lawn table and chair combo for enjoying the privacy of the back yard. Owner pays for internet service and yard maintenance. Refundable deposit $650 and first month due once approved. Pet deposit is $200 per pet. All pets subject to owner approval.Up to two vehicles can park on the street in front.
