This house is in a great location, half way between Greenville Avenue and Central Expressway. The yard is treed, landscaped, and has a sprinkler system. The neighborhood is everything you would want it to be, with friendly neighbors walking and jogging. You're close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, but not so close that you have the added traffic. There are hardwoods throughout, a subzero refrigerator, and an a/c and heat system that is less than a year old. There is a gas f/p with a cherry and marble mantle in the living room. There is a covered, open front porch and an enclosed and cooled/heated rear porch. The house has been rented by the same person for many years and is only available due to the newly depressed oil and gas prices. In the meantime, we are looking for someone with no pets and who does not smoke. Since the tenant has left, interior walls, ceilings, and even kitchen cabinets have been repainted.
