There are so many wonderful things about this home and the location. I love the fireplace in the master suite. Picture yourself taking a nice hot bath in a large jetted tub with a nice warm fire in the fireplace along with it. I really like that the master suite is downstairs and spare rooms are up stairs. The evaporative cooler is much less expensive to run in the summertime and does a great job cooling the house down. The views are awesome. Petroglyph elementary is right behind us as well as Richland Hills park. I like that we don't have a neighbor right behind us, looking in to our backyard. Feels much more private. You don't have that boxed in feeling. Taking long walks with the dogs in the park is great. If you have little ones, you can walk them to school. We also have security bars on windows and sliding glass doors. This is privately owned and not managed by a property rental company.
