Furnished guest suite. Great peaceful place to stay on our Urban farm. I have rented through for several years now, and enjoy a five star review. I moved my dad from his farm in Michigan in June of 2014. I would now like to rent the unit by the month, so I can spend more of my time concentrating on my dad. The unit has a private entrance, covered parking, full kitchen, laundry and utilities included. Beautiful view of our horses in the pasture and chickens picking the grass. Fifteen minutes to downtown Nashville, without getting on the interstate. A small pet would be considered, back yard is fenced.
