The view is of the downtown area and the hills to the other. The night time view is of the wonderful lights of the city as you watch the planes approaching the airport. The neighborhood is quiet with very respectful neighbors. It is a must that you are willing to be the same. Parking is a little tight so compact car ownership is a plus since there is no street parking. There are two garage spots and one outside small car parking space available. The W/D and a small work area are in the garage along with a designated area in the garage for each tenant for storage of a few boxes, tools etc.
