These are photos taken by my daughter of the property we own in Cairo, NY. It's a 2-bedroom, 2-bath stucco house on a cul-de-sac, with a front deck, a large screened-in rear porch, and a fenced-in back yard. My daughter and her family are relocating in mid-July, and we are looking for NEW TENANTS. She is taking these photos as she packs, and more can be supplied (of the outside of the house, the 2 bedrooms, and yard with mature plants and flowers) once they have been taken. The wood floors are newly laid. There are a couple of permanent built-ins/bookcases which - of course - remain. Appliances which remain at the house are a new gas stove, a new dishwasher, a full-size fridge, and a stackable washer/drier combo. (Those are located in the hall bathroom, which has a shower. the master bathroom has a tub.) The heat/hot water/stove all are propane, so you will need to open an account with KOSCO. Central Hudson is the power company. Triple-Play (phone, cable and internet) is available at the address. Personal references/employment history will be checked. A credit report will be run. A security deposit will be required. A renters' insurance policy will be required for your safety, and ours. Government housing/rental assistance programs MIGHT be considered, but as I do not know if the property would be accepted as a rental in those programs, I cannot say absolutely "yes." I have added this property to the Greene County, NY RUPCO listing.
