These apartments have been renovated with new kitchens and appliances, wall to wall carpet, miniblinds, and ceiling fans, but still maintain the charm of a historic building. most apartments have adorable sunrooms and some have outside entrances with private patios. We have on-site laundry, elevators, on-site maintenance, cats are allowed. It is a one year lease and we take first, last, and security when you move in. We show by appointment seven days a week.
