Our house is in Woodland, Wa. It's about 25 minutes N outside of Portland. My husband worked in Portland and the commute was great. Our house is 2 story and has 1643 square feet. It's 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a loft. The master bedroom is huge. The master bath has double sinks and a spa tub. We have a small fenced back yard with a pond (with fish!) and garden area. The neighborhood is very kid friendly- lots of parks. We have a gas fire place in the living room with surround sound. Laundry room is downstairs and we have fire sprinkler safety system throughout the house. There is also lots of storage. We are looking for a responsible, young family that needs long term lease. Rent is $1,100 + utilities. We will pay HOA fee. Deposit is $1,200 + $35 application fee for each adult. Deposit is totally refundable and we are willing to work with you.
