Rent is due on the first of each month and monthly rental rate includes water/sewer, internet, and security system. Renter is responsible for power and trash. Renter(s) must park in the driveway or garage, regular on-street parking is not permitted per the neighborhood covenants. Renter is responsible for regular lawn care and snow removal in accordance with HOA covenants. pets are preferred, however a single pet may be considered on a case by case basis with an additional monthly pet fee and references indicating history of pet behavior.
