This home is located just down the street from Kentucky and Barkley lakes, with easy access to boat ramps. We are located at the north entrance to Land Between the Lakes Natural Recreational area. There is boating, fishing, hunting, hiking trails, mountain bike trails and historic downtown Grand Rivers, which is home to the famous Pattis restaurant. If you have a Jeep there are many gravel/dirt roads to explore in Land Between the Lakes. This home has a large front porch with a swing, fish cleaning station, covered awning, and an outdoor grill. We have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and dining table. The home also has a laundry room. So bring your boat, kayaks, bikes, or hiking boots and see what Grand Rivers has to offer! You will need to supply your linens. Pet will be by approval only.
