The owner pays for all utilities, which include electricity, water, and garbage. Additionally, Xfinity Comcast Cable and WiFi are included, which are covered in full by the owner. The tenant has full access to the connected garage for at-home office space, a peloton bike, workout area, and storage space. The tenant is only responsible for monthly rent due on the first of every month, along with any damages to the property caused by the tenant. The first and last month's rent along with the security deposit is due upon move-in. Minimum 6-month lease, the tenant can request a 1-year lease upon move in. After the lease duration is over, the tenant will be month to month.
