Beautiful well kept home. Newer carpeting, new interior doors and hardware, new roof installed in 2015, new exterior paint, 8x12 storage shed, RV parking, yard with sprinklers and just steps to Chapin Park. Fully fenced back yard. This home is very well built and is very easy to maintain. We love that we are 1 block from the park! We also love the huge covered patio out back. It is like having a second living space for gatherings. The neighborhood is kept up and great for neighborhood walks. We have awesome neighbors who are always willing to help keep an eye on the place and who are fun to visit with. The schools in the area are amazing and are close enough to walk or bike to.
