The house was recently re-sided and painted . On the inside, the flooring is oak hardwood. The kitchen has new appliances. There is plenty of storage onsite due to a finished attic. There is a dedicated washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off of the kitchen. As an added bonus, there is gardening space and patio furniture on a brand new concrete deck. All lawn maintenance will be provided by the landlord. There are plenty of amenities in the Brooklyn neighborhood as new restaurants are being added all the time but the best breakfast spot in Portland is three blocks away.
