Rent includes Electric, water, garbage user fee and snow plowing. Tenants pay Heat, and any Phone/Cable/Internet. Each Prospective Tenant (18+) that would be living in the apartment must submit a lease application a Refundable Fee. Reference, Credit, Bank, Character and Employment Checks will all be run. Tenants must have good references, no evictions and a clean background. Tenants also required to earn 3x the monthly rent. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance for the duration of tenancy at this location and must provide proof of insurance prior to move in.
